Edi De Melo is a Black mixed-race writer, actor and theatre-maker based in London. An award-nominated artist, he trained at Mountview and was an Associate Artist at Nouveau Riche, the company behind the Olivier Award-winning For Black Boys…

His practice is rooted in centring overlooked narratives, nurturing emerging talent and expanding the possibilities of contemporary British theatre. As a creative, he combines movement, music, spoken word, sound and language to create work that reflects the lived experiences, cultural references and perspectives of the communities it represents.

Edi is the writer and performer of Mulatto Boy, the WhatsOnStage Award-nominated production exploring mixed-race identity, citizenship and belonging through a fusion of spoken word, movement, live music and Angolan storytelling traditions.

His work has been presented at Theatre Peckham, Southwark Playhouse, Omnibus Theatre, Park Theatre and Riverside Studios.

Patricia Godinho is a London-based producer, writer and actor, trained in Portugal, with experience across both Portuguese and UK stage and screen. Alongside her creative practice, she works at JWOO Social and has extensive experience in social media and marketing, having managed campaigns for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Mamma Mia! The Party, and Dirty Dancing on Stage.

Patricia is drawn to work that challenges traditional masculine structures and explores the female experience through a surrealist, feminist lens. She is passionate about connecting audiences with bold, thought-provoking stories and creating meaningful engagement through both artistic collaboration and strategic marketing.
